Furbylogy
Furby TV Commercials
A collection of Furby TV commercials spanning all generations — from early 1998 prototypes to modern 2023 models.
Generation 1 (1998–2002)
Early Furby Commercial (1998)
A rare 1998 commercial showing old Furby prototypes (including one with a red beak) that never went on sale. The music sounds like a Barbie ad. The agency Posnick & Kolker scrapped the initial commercial that Tiger Electronics deemed “too emotional and girly” in favor of a jazzier version with the jingle “Furby, You Keep Amazing Me!” and a fuller view of the toy’s capabilities.
Furby Commercial (30-second variant, 1998)
One of a series of funny 1998–1999 commercials. This is the rare original 30-second version with extended “Furby, you keep amazing me!” tune — there’s even a boy in it, unlike most Furby ads. Made for the original six Furby colors. One of the girls is a young Melissa McIntyre!
Furby Commercial (Tape 031)
Furby commercial aired on KTLA Channel 5 Kids WB. Transferred from VHS by Mike Yarzab.
